Fellow Falcons – My name is Rebecca Gallow and I am one of the proud assistant principals at Torrey Pines High School. I feel very fortunate to have been a part of the Falcon family now for 3 years. Prior to becoming a Falcon, I worked at many of our other schools in the SDUHSD as a program supervisor. I am originally from Connecticut, but the amazing San Diego weather and outdoor lifestyle lured me to California. I am an avid sports fan, having played high school basketball and then rugby in college, and I continued playing rugby for 5 years after college as part of the San Diego women’s rugby team. I have two amazing children, 12 and 9 years old who also have developed my love of outdoor sports and activities. We look to camp as much as we possibly can as a family and enjoy exploring all the beauty the West Coast has to offer. I look forward to the day when we are all back on campus and we can connect in person. I am so very proud of the grit that you have shown during this time – continue to find the positives and the small wins every day brings.
