Graduation 2024 Volunteer Needs

DETAILS:

Graduation is fast approaching and we need a whole team to make the day run smoothly.  This is a great opportunity to be on campus during an exciting day.  Please see the details below for additional information and then select the item/time slot that you like to help with. 

GRADUATION DAY - Needed: 12 Parent Volunteers - No Experience Needed (all instruction/direction will be provided to you)

Programs: 12:45PM - 3:45PM (4 needed)

We will have both field gates open- Visitor side gate and main gate, you will be handing out programs and directing our visitors that will be coming in for the ceremony. 

Pre-processional/Field Guides for Graduates: 2:30PM - 4:30PM (4 needed)

We will have all the seniors check into the B building and wait until it's time to walk down to the field for the ceremony. You will help with checking in the seniors and preparing the lines until it's time to walk them down to the field.

Diplomas: 3:30PM - 6:30PM (4 needed)

For this assignment, you will help hand out diplomas to our graduates on the field once they walk off stage with their diploma cover. You will be sitting at a table on the field during the ceremony (under a canopy). 

You will report to TPHS Administrative Assistant Jessie Isario who will email you with check-in location information prior to graduation.
